In an era esteemed for abundance, whether it’s the technological advancements we herald or the material gains we seek so relentlessly, a profound counter-movement is subtly reshaping societal norms – the art of embracing less, better known as ‘Minimalism.’

This sweeping philosophical and lifestyle movement is not limited to decluttering physical spaces. Still, it extends to detoxifying mental clutter, thereby nurturing a healthier relationship with consumption, how minimalism has emerged as a potent antidote to pervasive consumerism, and how it can help carve a more conscious society.

The core philosophy of minimalism revolves around the equation “less equals more”.
